Our Programs 

Our programs are easy to incorporate into your regular routine because they are fun, exciting and invigorating. Each program takes the following areas of fitness into consideration:

Personalized Weight Training and Cardiovascular Workout

Utilizing free weights and cardiovascular equipment, we will design a program which will focus on the major muscle groups and provide a workout that will allow you to reach your personal fitness goals, such as body fat reduction, weight loss, strength gain, increased energy, stress relief and overall toning.

Personal Boxing Workout

Utilizing traditional boxing training methods, we take you through an actual boxing workout just like the pros but with the attention, care and guidance an empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly personal trainer.

Combo Sessions (Mixing It Up)

This program starts with a warm up and a brief, focused strength training routine, continues with a boxing/cardiovascular workout, and finishes up with abdominal work and a cool down. But we can always mix it up depending on your goals and preferences.
