What We Offer

Our programs are tailored to your individual needs. Workouts focus on Muscular Strength Training & Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Explosive Power Training, Sport Specific Training, Flexibility & Balance.

Boxing Fitness Classes

Our classes are a great way to get a total body workout, learn new skills and have fun. After a warm up and stretch, we wrap your hands, put on the boxing gloves and then the real fun begins! You’ll throw punches and combinations in intervals just like real boxers, finishing up with abdominal work to focus on your core. 

 

Weight Training & Cardiovascular Workout

We design a personalized program, using free weights and cardio equipment, that focuses on the major muscle groups and provides a workout that will help you reach your personal fitness goals, including increased energy and strength, reduced body fat, weight loss, overall toning and stress relief.

Personal Boxing Workout

We take you through an actual boxing workout just like the pros utilizing traditional boxing training methods, with the attention and guidance of a knowledgeable & friendly professional boxing trainer.

Combo Workout

This program starts with a warm up and stretch. Then we move into a boxing workout and weight training, or vice versa. This is our most popular program.
